Description
Ina Stroya grew up in Winnipeg, MB but followed her heart to Nova Scotia in 2011.
She spent several years exploring yoga, somatics and energy medicine before graduating with distinction from ICT Northumberland College in 2015.
Ina is a member in good standing with MTANS and has obtained multiple certificates in extended healthcare modalities and is a Third Level Usul Reiki Adept (Master)
She is a passionate learner, striving to add more tools to the toolbox of facilitating wellness. Ina loves to read, cycle and spend time in nature. To keep up with the physical (and emotional) demands of her career, she has a daily practice of prayer, meditation, movement and plenty of supplements. Dark chocolate, laughter and hot bubble baths are a must.She lives in North End Halifax with her family.
