"Dogs wag their tails with their heart" My name is Cindy James and I am the Director of Tail Wagging at the Petite Urban Pooch dog day care. My love of all things dog has been a passion for as long as I can remember. I even say that I believe I was a dog in another life! I pledge to take care of your dog as if s/he was my own. My goal is to send your pup home dog-tired and to greet each visit to P.U.P with a bum swinging tail wag every time.
