Caring Couples Massage Workshop

Description: Do you want to learn how to better care for your partner's or friends' musculoskeletal needs? Always hearing about that knot in their back, but unsure how to help?
I'll be offering this 90 minute workshop at @stil_space where you'll do just that!
We'll go over some basic principles and techniques for common areas of concern, along with any specific questions or needs you may have, so you'll feel confident in attuning to your partner and providing soothing massage.
The workshop will include a sample of massage oil and a zine for each couple to help you integrate everything.

Palentine's Day Rug Hooking Workshop

Description: Learn to rug hook with me! This 3 hour beginner workshop will cover all of the basics of rug hooking and give you plenty of time to practice with the guidance of an instructor. This workshop will include all of the materials you need to make your very own coaster sized rug (a rug hook, linen, wool, and an embroidery hoop) and you can choose between making one of my designs or coming up with your own! For this workshop I will strongly encourage you to make a candy heart or pal-entine heart (although you are still welcome to design your own!)
